Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

DIVVIA Productions, LLC (DBA DIVVIA Photo Booths) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the photo, video, and data experiences we provide at events.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways: information you provide directly, information generated at our activations, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

  • Contact and booking details you submit, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, event details, and budget.
  • Photos, videos, and audio captured of guests who participate in our experiences at your event.
  • Email addresses, survey responses, and other data guests choose to provide at an activation (for example, to receive their content or for lead capture).
  • Automatically collected website data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and deliver our services, including capturing, processing, and delivering event content.
  • Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and manage bookings and payments.
  • Deliver photos, videos, and galleries to guests and clients.
  • Provide lead capture, surveys, and analytics to our clients when contracted to do so.
  • Improve our services, website, and experiences.
  • Send administrative communications and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.

AI processing of images and video

Our AI experiences may process guest images or video using our own and third-party AI tools to create stylized or transformed content. This processing is described further in our AI Disclaimer. We do not use guest content to train third-party AI models except as necessary to deliver the requested experience.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in limited circumstances:

  • With the client or brand hosting an event, for the content and data captured at their activation.
  • With trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, printing, hosting, sharing platforms, and AI processing partners).
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.

Data retention

We retain personal information and event content only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our contractual and legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention periods for guest galleries and event data may be defined by our agreement with the client.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to businesses and event hosts, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as part of event content captured with the appropriate consent of the event host and, where required, a parent or guardian.
