The photo booth experience Grapevine talks about.
Grapevine sits at the intersection of Texas charm and metropolitan elegance, with a wedding venue scene that rivals any city in the region.
Grapevine gives you an unusual range in a small footprint, from tasting rooms and winery spaces to Main Street venues and the large resort ballrooms on the north side of town. Each one calls for a different setup, and we adjust the booth footprint and lighting rather than forcing a single approach.
Resort properties in particular have structured vendor procedures, including designated docks, badge check-in, and set load-in times. We work within those systems routinely and build the arrival schedule around whatever the property requires.
We cover Historic Main Street, the Gaylord Texan area, Grapevine Mills, Lake Grapevine venues, and the wineries around the downtown district.

Planning an event in Grapevine?
Do you set up at large resort properties in Grapevine?
Yes. Those venues usually require advance vendor registration and scheduled dock access, and we coordinate that with the events team beforehand.
Will the booth fit in a smaller winery or Main Street space?
Generally yes. We need roughly 10x10 feet near a standard outlet, and we can discuss tighter configurations if the room is snug.
Are outdoor events near the lake possible?
They can work with shade or cover, a level surface, and access to power. Summer heat and wind are worth planning around, so we will help you choose placement.
