Can you work within a gated community or secured corporate campus in Westlake?
Yes, and it goes smoothly when we have the gate code, security contact or visitor badge process a few days in advance. Share the load-in door and any COI requirements and we handle the rest.
How long does setup take at an estate or campus event?
Setup runs about 60 to 90 minutes and our team arrives early so everything is tested and tucked away before guests arrive. We only need roughly a 10x10 ft area near a standard outlet.
Can the booth be styled to match a formal or corporate look?
Absolutely. We can keep the finish minimal and neutral for a black-tie dinner or align the print template with your brand or event identity.
